This privacy policy applies to the Vision HR app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Walmart Wordwide Inc (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects and processes certain information to provide human resource management and attendance tracking services.
- •Personal Data: We may collect personal identification information such as your name, employee ID, and contact details provided by your employer.
- •Camera Data (FaceID Verification): The Application requires access to your device's camera to facilitate facial recognition for attendance verification. This ensures that the person clocking in is the authorized employee.
- •Location Data: The Application collects real-time location data to verify that the employee is physically present at the assigned workplace during attendance registration.
2. Data Storage and Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Specifically, biometric (facial) data and location stamps are used solely for identity verification and attendance logs within the organization's HR system.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- • When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
5. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at xushnud.khan@gmail.com .

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
